A World of Opportunities
Michigan offers one of the strongest corporate and securities law faculties in the United States. With strengths in “traditional” U.S. corporate law and federal securities regulation, we also offer unique perspectives on corporate law beyond the United States.
Our offerings also include global regulation of border-busting capital markets, with an approach that includes comparative studies and specific exploration of individual national systems. These include, but are not limited to, sub-Saharan Africa, Brazil, Canada, China, South Korea, India, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
