He has counseled management teams and boards of directors on a broad array of corporate governance, control and restructuring matters.
His expertise in technology and sourcing matters includes the structuring and negotiation of cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS agreements; AI/ML agreements and processes; technology and software license agreements; data licensing, storage, and processing agreements; engineering, manufacturing, production, supply, and logistics agreements; distribution, reseller, dealer, and marketing agreements; teaming, joint venture, and collaboration agreements; and enterprise outsourcing, realignment, and optimization transactions.

He was named to the Legal 500 Private Practice Powerlist for M&A in the US in 2023 and 2024. He has served as an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center and as a guest lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, the University of Maryland, and Middlebury College.
