Margaret (Meg) Cernak, ’89, is a clinical lecturer at the University of Michigan Law School. She has practiced in the areas of commercial, tort, and insurance coverage litigation with firms in southeastern Michigan for more than 30 years.

In addition to working in private practice, Cernak served as a full-time clinical assistant professor in Michigan Law’s Legal Practice Program from 2000 to 2002. Since then, she has regularly returned as a lecturer. 

An active member of the State Bar of Michigan, Cernak is a partner in the insurance coverage group of Collins Einhorn Farrell PC.
