Join the MDefenders Alumni Network
MDefenders has a robust alumni network with hundreds of public defenders working in offices in more than 30 states. The network is designed to help MDefenders alumni connect with one another, share resources, and learn about lateral public defender job positions as they become available.
Defenders in the network receive monthly updates on relevant case law and social science research, are invited to attend Zoom discussions to learn about emerging topics in criminal law and practice, and also have opportunities to attend MDefenders alumni reunions. If you are a University of Michigan Law School graduate doing public defender work and you would like to be a part of the alumni network, please fill out the Alumni Sign Up Form.
