Marwin McHenry was wrongfully convicted in 2013 of attempted murder for a shooting that occurred in Detroit in 2012. He was exonerated in 2017, after the true shooter credibly confessed to a prosecution investigator, and the prosecution joined the Innocence Clinic’s motion to vacate the conviction and dismiss all charges.
