Tom manages the staff and work of the Acquisitions unit which includes the ordering, claiming and payment of collection materials and monitoring the budget for the collection.
Tom started working in the Law Library Stacks Services unit in 2004. He was promoted in 2010 to Circulation Desk Supervisor. In 2018 Tom received a senior position in the Law Library’s Acquisitions unit. Prior to working at the U-M Law Library, Tom was employed by the University of Pennsylvania Library at their High Density Storage Facility.
