Michele Frasier Wing is the University of Michigan Law School’s chief operating officer. She has held administrative positions at the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Michigan, and practiced corporate law.

Immediately prior to her current position, Frasier Wing served as the senior assistant dean of administration at Berkeley Law. Additionally as a senior analyst on the Berkeley campus, she advised UC Berkeley’s vice chancellor of student affairs and the chair of the Academic Senate on legal and policy issues. She also has served as Berkeley’s assistant director for new student programs. As a practicing attorney, Frasier Wing was a corporate associate at Jackson Tufts Cole & Black, Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May, and Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, where she represented clients in venture financings, complex mergers and acquisitions, and formation of private companies.
