Prior to joining the Law Library’s Management Team, he was the law librarian and legal information manager at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, DC. Before serving at the Federal Reserve Board, he led a reference librarian team at the Department of Justice after heading a private international tax law practice and teaching tax law at the University of Illinois.
Marc earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Windsor, Canada and his JD and LLM (Tax) at Wayne State University. He earned his MLIS from the University of Illinois.
Marc is a member of the bar of Massachusetts, of Washington DC and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the American Library Association and of the American Association of Law Libraries.
