Kelly is the Electronic Resources and Systems Librarian. She is responsible for managing the library’s electronic resources, including licensing, evaluation, and access configuration. Kelly currently serves as a member of the Digital Accessibility Liaison Network (DAL), aimed at advancing digital accessibility practices within the university. Prior to joining the Collection Services Unit, she was a member of the User Services and Scholarly Publishing Units.
Kelly received an MSI degree, with a specialization in libraries and archives, from the University of Michigan. She also received a dual MA degree in Contemporary Art Theory, History, and Curation from Sotheby’s Institute of Art and the University of Manchester.
Kelly is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL) and the American Library Association (ALA).
