He manages the Law Library’s reference and research services. Previously, Joe served as director of the Harris County Robert W. Hainsworth Law Library in Houston, Texas, where he oversaw research and reference services for self-represented litigants, legal professionals, the judiciary, and government officials for the nation’s third-most populous county.
Joe’s research interests include legal technology and access to justice.
Joe is a member of the Indiana Bar (inactive), the American Association of Law Libraries, and the Michigan Association of Law Libraries.
