Dustin Johnston manages the Law School’s social media presence across multiple platforms and creates original photos, videos, and written content that brings Law School stories to life.

With more than 15 years’ experience in photography and videography, Dustin has worked in communications at the University of Michigan since 2015. 

At the Law School, he can be found at nearly every event, camera in hand, creating images for social media, print publications, and students’ personal photo collections. 

A proud Michigan alum, Dustin lived outside Michigan for 15 years before moving back to work at his alma mater. 

Aside from his work at the law school, he also covers Michigan basketball for UM Hoops and can be found on social media under the handle, @DJPhotoVideo.
