Christa, a proud alumna of the Law School, joined the Michigan Law admissions team during the Summer of 2023.
While a student at the Law School, she served as the Admissions Chair for the Black Law Students Association for two years—a role which introduced her to and fostered an interest in recruiting. Upon graduating, she was awarded the Dores McCree Award for extraordinary devotion to the well-being of students, commitment to a widely inclusive and unified vision of the Law School community, grace, wisdom, compassion, and modesty.
After law school, Christa worked as an associate at Honigman LLP in Chicago. At Honigman, she practiced commercial real estate and was involved in recruiting.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing table tennis, spending time with her cat, and having unrelenting faith in Manchester United FC.
