Scribes—The American Society of Legal Writers—recently selected Professor Richard Primus’s 2025 book, The Oldest Constitutional Question, as runner-up for its 2026 Book Award. The Scribes Book Award is given annually for the best work of legal scholarship published in the relevant year. Join us for the award presentation by the Society’s president, Michele Jochner. Prior to the award presentation, Primus will talk about the book and also about the process of writing it.
