Third Parties and Shared Rights
Steven Schaus is an assistant professor of law at Michigan Law. He teaches and writes about tort law, remedies, and moral and legal philosophy. Schaus is interested in what we owe to each other, simply as a matter of interpersonal morality, and in when (and how) (and why) private law institutions like tort can step in and do something about our failures to live up to these standards.
