Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Anne K. McKeig, a descendant of the White Earth Nation of Ojibwe and the first Indigenous state supreme court justice in Minnesota, will address the members of the Michigan Tribal-State-Judicial Forum and the Native American Law Students Association. The judicial forum addresses relationships between the three judiciaries such as the Indian Child Welfare Act, lawyer discipline, and cooperation between justice systems.
