Wrongfully convicted: September 23, 1992
Exonerated: June 1, 2017
Desmond Ricks was wrongfully convicted of murder in Detroit in 1992. Desmond was exonerated in 2017 after the prosecution joined the Innocence Clinic’s motion to vacate his convictions and later dismissed all charges.
