The Right to Bear Arms in Criminal Practice – This course studies Second Amendment doctrine with a focus on its application in criminal cases. Students will study foundational cases — from Miller through Heller, Bruen, and Rahimi — alongside historical materials, statutes, and scholarship on public health, constitutional interpretation, race, and carcerality.
