Criminal trial Advocacy is a simulation course where students will learn most aspects of trial skills associated with criminal trials from both the prosecution and defense perspectives. These skills include theory development, voir dire, opening statements, direct and cross-examination and closing arguments. The course will culminate with
a final trial.
