This class will consider advanced and cutting-edge administrative law topics, including (but not limited to) presidential control issues, privatization, remedies against agencies such as the nationwide injunction, the status of the civil service, public access and transparency requirements, advanced adjudication issues, and enforcement, including private enforcement through citizen suits. A student interested in enrolling must have taken Legislation and Regulation or Administrative Law. While this is a two-credit course, it is not a seminar, but an advanced administrative law course with a traditional final exam.
