Scott Shapiro is the Charles F. Southmayd Professor of Law and Professor of Philosophy at Yale Law School. His areas of interest include the philosophy of law, international law, criminal law, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. He is the founding director of the Yale CyberSecurity Lab, and he has been appointed as Special Government Expert to the Office of the Technical Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency, working on AI security.

Monique Wonderly is Associate Professor of Philosophy at UC San Diego. She specializes in theoretical and applied ethics, moral psychology, and the philosophy of emotion. Before her current appointment, she held a three-year position as the Harold T. Shapiro Postdoctoral Research Associate in Bioethics at the Princeton University Center for Human Values.

Seana Valentine Shiffrin is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy and Pete Kameron Professor of Law and Social Justice at UCLA. She is the co-founder and co-director of the UCLA Law and Philosophy Program. Her research has addressed doctrinal and theoretical issues about freedom of speech, sincerity and truthfulness, contracts, torts, feminism, intellectual property, anti-discrimination, economic equality, reproductive rights and family law, with a thematic focus on the social conditions for the joint realization of equality and autonomy.

Kimberly Kessler Ferzan is th eEarle Hepburn Professor of Law and Professor of Philosophy and the Co-Director of the Institute of Law & Philosophy at Penn Carey Law. She teaches criminal law, evidence, advanced criminal law, and advanced law and philosophy seminars. 

Peter Railton is the Gregory S. Kavka Distinguished University Professor at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts. His main research has been in ethics and the philosophy of science, focusing especially on questions about the nature of objectivity, value, norms, and explanation.

Benjamin Eidelson is a professor of law at Harvard Law School. He writes and teaches primarily in the areas of constitutional law, anti-discrimination law, statutory interpretation, administrative law, and legal theory. In 2019, he developed and advanced a legal theory that was adopted by the US Supreme Court in its decision invalidating the rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy.
