Jennifer Nou is Ruth Wyatt Rosenson Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School. Her main research interests are in administrative law, executive branch dynamics, regulatory policy, and constitutional separation-of-powers. She is a senior fellow of the Administrative Conference of the United States and a former senior advisor at the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.

Nicholas R. Bednar specializes in administrative law, executive-branch politics, immigration, and quantitative methods. His research has appeared in the American Political Science Review, the Cardozo Law Review, the George Washington Law Review, and Political Science Research and Methods, among others. He teaches torts and legislation and regulation.

Tejas N. Narechania is a Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. His scholarly focus is on the institutions of technology law and policy (including, for example, telecommunications regulation, platform governance, and intellectual property). He is a Faculty Co-Director of the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology.

Eloise Pasachoff focuses her teaching and writing on administrative law, public administration, and budget and appropriations law. Her scholarship has won national awards, including from the American Constitution Society, the American Bar Association, and the Education Law Association. Her scholarship has been cited by the Supreme Court, the D.C. Circuit, and others.

Andrew Kent teaches and writes about constitutional law, federal courts and procedure, national security and foreign relations law, and legal ethics. His work covers topics such as presidential power, US colonial governance, the extraterritoriality of the US Constitution, the legal history of the Civil War, and remedies for constitutional torts.

Joshua Macey is an Associate Professor of Law at Yale Law School. Macey teaches and writes about bankruptcy, environmental law, energy law, and the regulation of financial institutions. Macey’s latest work focuses on the fragility of the nation’s electric grid and offers strategies to improve grid reliability and accelerate the transition to new sources of energy.

Anita Krishnakumar is the Agnes Williams Sesquicentennial Professor of Legislation at Georgetown Law. Her scholarship focuses on statutory interpretation and the legislative process, including the congressional budget process, lobbying regulations, and interpretive trends in the Supreme Court’s statutory jurisprudence.

Jeff Pojanowski is the Biolchini Family Professor of Law at Notre Dame Law School. He teaches and writes in the areas of administrative law, jurisprudence, legal interpretation, and torts. His current research focus is on natural law and interpretive theory.

Nicholas R. Parrillo is Townsend Professor of Law at Yale, with a secondary appointment as Professor of History. His research and teaching focus on administrative law and government bureaucracy and extend to legal history, remedies, and legislation.

Mila Sohoni, Professor of Law and the John A. Wilson Distinguished Faculty Scholar, focuses her scholarship on civil procedure, administrative law, federal courts, and legislation.
