Michael Guttentag is a professor of law at Loyola Marymount University. His scholarship focuses on the intersection of law and markets, and specifically on how law can be used as a tool to share resources fairly and efficiently. Much of his research considers how securities markets should be regulated and why insider trading should be prohibited.

Richard Squire holds the Alin J. Cameron Chair in Law at Fordham Law School and is the faculty director of the Fordham Corporate Law Center. He publishes on the subjects of corporate bankruptcy, financial crises, and corporate law; he has also written articles on antitrust and securities regulation.

Elizabeth Pollman is professor of law and co-director of the Institute for Law & Economics at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is an expert in business law who teaches and writes in the areas of corporate law and governance, as well as on startups, venture capital, and entrepreneurship.

Colleen Honigsberg is Associate Dean of Curriculum and Professor of Law at Stanford Law School, where her research is focused on the empirical study of corporate and securities law. She serves as an Associate Editor for Management Science, and her recent papers have examined gaps in the regulatory environment for financial advisors, carbon accounting, human capital accounting, and the incentive structure for auditors.

Peter Molk is a professor of law at University of Florida Levin College of Law. His research focuses on issues of organizational choice and design, law and finance, and insurance law. His scholarship has been published or is forthcoming in the Iowa Law Review, Illinois Law Review, Minnesota Law Review, Washington University Law Review, and Yale Journal on Regulation, among others

Jamie Grischkan is an associate professor of law at Arizona State University College of Law, focusing on American legal history, financial regulation, and antimonopoly law and policy. Her work explores the rise and regulation of bank holding companies in the twentieth century, the relationship between antitrust law and financial regulation, and the historical development of the American antimonopoly tradition.

Ann M. Lipton is Tulane University Law School’s associate dean for faculty research. An experienced securities and corporate litigator who has handled class actions involving some of the world’s largest companies, she joined the Tulane Law faculty in 2015 after two years as a visiting assistant professor at Duke University School of Law.

Karen Woody is a professor of law at Washington and Lee University School of Law. Her scholarship focuses on securities law, financial regulation, and white collar crime. Her work on conflict minerals is widely cited, and she recently testified for the US House of Representatives Financial Services Committee regarding federal conflict minerals regulation.

Jessica Erickson is the Nancy Litchfield Hicks Professor of Law and director of the Richmond Law & Business Forum. She teaches and writes in the areas of corporate and securities litigation. Prior to joining the Richmond Law faculty, Professor Erickson practiced corporate and securities law at Hunton & Williams LLP.
