Antitrust and Intellectual Property
This course explores a variety of difficult and increasingly important issues at the intersection of antitrust law and intellectual property, such as market power in intellectual property, patent pooling, copyright block-booking, restrictive licensing terms, and patent settlement agreements. All students enrolled in the course must have taken Law 675 Federal Antitrust.
