We hope you will join us for a very special Reunion this fall, which will be held at the Law School from September 5–7, 2025! This gathering will celebrate alumni who graduated in years ending in 0 and 5, as well as emeritus alumni who graduated more than 50 years ago. Registration is now open, and we encourage you to make plans to return to Ann Arbor and arrange your accommodations.
Reunion is a time to celebrate your accomplishments—in life and the law—as well as the resiliency of the bonds forged here at the Law School. We are excited to reconnect with old friends and make new connections in our community. On behalf of everyone at Michigan Law, we are thrilled to welcome you back home—it’s been too long!

1970
The Class Committee for the Class of 1970, whose in-person 50th Reunion was cancelled in 2020, is making a special effort to encourage classmates to attend their 55th Reunion in 2025. The Reunion will also welcome all alumni who started in 1967, including alumni whose time at Michigan Law was interrupted by military service.

Class of 1970 Gathering
Saturday, September 6
Early afternoon
John and Connie Belda are opening their Ann Arbor home for a special reception on Saturday for the class of 1970 (inclusive of those who started in 1967 but whose graduation from the Law School was delayed due to military service). The reception will begin early afternoon, after the Saturday morning Reunion program at the Law School. This reception will be entirely unstructured, so come whenever and stay as long as you want.
Those who are attending the noon Reunion event at Michigan Stadium are welcome to come to the gathering at the Beldas’ afterwards. There will be lots of good food and drink all day and into the evening, courtesy of your Reunion Committee. And for those who want to watch the Michigan-Oklahoma football game, there will be TVs throughout the house for viewing.
