Professor Nathan Sisodia is a clinical teaching fellow in the University of Michigan Law School's Entrepreneurship Clinic.

Prior to joining the Law School faculty, Sisodia worked as a corporate associate at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, an Ohio-based regional law firm. As an associate attorney at Porter Wright, Sisodia's practice focused on real estate and finance related matters, as well as other general transactional matters, including advising clients on entity formation and governance. While attending The George Washington University Law School, he was a student attorney in the law school's Small Business & Community Economic Development Clinic, where he counseled social enterprise and nonprofit clients and was honored with the Community Legal Clinics Volunteer Service Award for Promoting Public Interest Law.
