Diamond Conley is an attorney-counselor and advises students on all aspects of career planning with a particular focus on working with first-year students and recent graduates.

During law school, Diamond externed through the Wolverine Bar Program with the Honorable Victoria Roberts in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She also worked in multiple legal clinics, including the UMLS Child Advocacy Law Clinic, working to support marginalized populations in Michigan. Following law school, Diamond focused her career on serving populations in need at Lakeshore Legal Aid. There she assisted clients with various civil legal issues such as landlord-tenant, debt collection, custody disputes and divorce. Most recently, Diamond worked as a public defender at Neighborhood Defender Services of Detroit where she helped low-income clients resolve their criminal matters.
