Andrew S. Doctoroff is currently the principal member of Andrew S. Doctoroff Consulting, LLC, which provides professional services to governmental and private-sector entities undertaking infrastructure and other development projects. 

For several years, Mr. Doctoroff was a senior advisor to Michigan Governor Rick Snyder who hired him to oversee Michigan’s participation in the Gordie Howe International Bridge (“GHIB”) project, a multi-billion dollar undertaking. Mr. Doctoroff's job encompassed a range of regulatory, transactional, litigation, diplomatic, political and communications matters. Mr. Doctoroff continues to work on the GHIB project as a State of Michigan consultant.

Before working for Governor Snyder, Mr. Doctoroff had a successful career as a commercial litigator. As an equity partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, LLP, Mr. Doctoroff served as outside counsel to large and mid-sized corporations and represented clients across the United States. He has a wealth of trial and appellate court experience.
