About the Constitution Day Lecture
Please join us for the University of Michigan’s annual commemoration of Constitution Day. Reception immediately following in the Jeffries Lounge (Jeffries Hall 1220).
Michael Stokes Paulsen, Distinguished University Chair and Professor of Law at University of St. Thomas School of Law, will deliver a lecture entitled, “The Sweep and Force of Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment: The Constitution's Disqualification from Office of Oath-Breaking Insurrectionists.”
Professor Paulsen is the co-author, along with William Baude, of an article forthcoming in the University of Pennsylvania Law Review titled, “The Sweep and Force of Section Three.”
