Join Public Interest Director Emily Bretz, the Financial Aid Office, and former MLaw students to learn how it is possible for aspiring public interest lawyers to achieve their career AND financial goals. In this second program, we will talk about average public interest salaries, Michigan Law's Loan Repayment Assistance Program, the federal Public Interest Loan Forgiveness program, and yes -- we may even do a little math. We will also hear from public interest alums about how they’ve made it work! This program is for 1Ls, 2Ls, and 3Ls -- come with questions!
Lunch will be available for students who RSVP via Symplicity by noon on Thursday, October 5, 2023.October
