The Final Round of the 98th Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition will take place on Monday, March 20 at 4:00 p.m. in HH100. In the case of H.B. Sutherland Bank, N.A. v. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Mark Rucci will argue on behalf of the Petitioner, and Gabe Chess will argue on behalf of the Respondent. The Final Round will be judged by the Honorable Stephanie D. Davis of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Honorable Thomas L. Kirsch II of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Honorable Leondra Kruger of the Supreme Court of California. All members of the law school community are welcome to attend, and refreshments will be provided.
