The International Law Workshop is organized by Professor Monica Hakimi and engages students with cutting edge scholarship in the field of international law, focusing in particular on current challenges to the international legal order.
About half of the workshop sessions will feature a leading international legal scholar presenting a work-in-progress.
For the other sessions, participants will read cases, scholarship, and other sources addressing the subject of the upcoming papers and will discuss these materials in a standard seminar format.
